These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Fountain of Love and Life, doing business as 泉信 The Voice (“The Voice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and govern your access to and use of our mobile application, websites, content, audio programs, features, notifications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
泉信 The Voice is a Traditional Chinese Catholic mobile application intended to help users grow closer to God through prayer, study, reflection, and faithful Christian living. The app includes or may include prayer resources, audio series, guided devotions, music, formation materials, and other Catholic content intended to support the user’s spiritual life and encourage a life of prayer, study, generosity, and evangelization.
The mission and vision of the app include helping users build a relationship with God through Jesus Christ, respond to God’s call, and live a more fully integrated Christian life.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf, in order to use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, parish, school, ministry, apostolate, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we do, we will post the updated Terms in the app, on our website, or otherwise make them available to you.
Unless otherwise required by law, changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your information.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may process information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided for religious, spiritual, educational, and devotional purposes. The Services may include, without limitation:
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content offering, or part of the Services at any time.
The Services are intended to support prayer and spiritual growth. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, therapeutic, or crisis services.
Content in the Services, including any content touching on emotional suffering, confusion, discouragement, mental health struggles, or psycho-spiritual themes, is provided for general spiritual and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health care, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, may harm yourself or others, or require urgent medical or mental health assistance, do not rely on the Services. Contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
Your use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk. Not all content or devotional practices may be suitable for every person or circumstance.
Some parts of the Services may currently be available without creating an account. Other parts of the Services may in the future require an account, user login, profile, subscription, or other registration features.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
Some features of the Services may function without requiring you to identify yourself. The app may store certain information locally on your device, including but not limited to prayer progress, settings, saved intentions, timer settings, or app usage data.
We may also use anonymous, aggregated, or device-linked usage information to operate, improve, secure, and analyze the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
If you delete the app, reset your device, clear local storage, or change devices, locally stored information may be lost unless a backup or account-based sync feature is expressly provided.
We do not guarantee recovery of locally stored data.
The Services may include both free and paid content, features, or subscriptions. We may also offer donations, sponsorship opportunities, one-time purchases, or premium access in the future.
If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, you agree to pay all fees, charges, taxes, and applicable transaction costs disclosed to you at the time of purchase.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, it may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date in accordance with the terms of the app store, platform, or payment provider through which you subscribed.
If you purchase through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, your billing relationship may be governed in part by that platform’s payment terms, renewal procedures, and refund rules.
We may change pricing for subscriptions or paid features at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any such changes will apply prospectively.
Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If your purchase was made through a third-party platform, refund requests may need to be directed to that platform.
If the Services permit donations or voluntary financial support, such payments are generally treated as voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of payment.
We may use donated or contributed funds to support the operation, development, maintenance, outreach, ministry, and improvement of the Services and related mission activities.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not transfer to you any ownership rights in the Services or any content.
The Services, including the app, design, text, graphics, branding, audio, compilations, software, structure, arrangement, devotional content, and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
“The Voice,” “泉信,” related logos, graphics, names, and branding elements are our property or used with permission and may not be used without prior written consent.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, create derivative works from, sell, license, or exploit any portion of the Services except as expressly allowed by these Terms or by law.
The Services may include, embed, reference, or provide access to content from third parties, ministries, diocesan organizations, publishers, websites, media channels, or service providers.
This may include, for example:
Such third-party content may be governed by separate terms, permissions, copyrights, or policies. We do not necessarily own such content, and all rights remain with their respective owners.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, availability, content accuracy, or business practices. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk.
You may be able now or in the future to create, upload, save, submit, transmit, or display content through the Services, including prayer intentions, notes, reflections, profile data, comments, feedback, messages, or other materials (“User Content”).
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to submit it.
By submitting User Content through the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, transmit, and use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, back up, and provide the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may remove or disable access to User Content at our discretion, including where we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

We hope the Services help users pray more faithfully and grow closer to God. However, we do not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, vocational, relational, psychological, or life outcome from using the Services.
The Services are tools offered in support of faith formation and prayer. Your spiritual life, discernment, decisions, and response to grace remain personal matters and are your own responsibility.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR NEEDS OR CIRCUMSTANCES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE VOICE, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

If you downloaded the app through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, you acknowledge that:

If you access the Services from outside the jurisdiction where we operate, you do so at your own initiative and risk.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, transfer of assets, ministry restructuring, or by operation of law.
